What is Betterghar's Friendly Returns policy?

At Betterghar, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us.

You can conveniently initiate the return online. We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible.

Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the products, especially furniture. Furniture once ordered from can only be returned in case of physical damage to the product.

An email needs to be sent within 60 mins from receiving the piece of furniture, failing to do so, we reserve complete rights to deny the return request. Customized furniture products cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Replacement Policies?

If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' state, you may request a replacement at no extra cost for most products, furniture and items above 2kgs being exceptions. The replacement request needs to be generated within 60 minutes from receiving the products.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

How do I return an item purchased on Betterghar?

You can conveniently seek a replacement or refund if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state by calling Customer Service. It's that simple.


Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
- Returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost for most products, furniture and items above the weight 2kgs being exceptions.

- We support Replacement across categories/sellers in case of damaged item.

- In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account

- While we pick up originally delivered item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
